Privacy Policy
Eurion Wallet ("the app", "we") is a self-custodial wallet for USD₮ on the TRON network, provided by EurionPay DMCC, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information the app uses, why, and where it goes. We designed the app to know as little about you as possible: we have no user accounts of our own and we never hold your keys or your funds.
1. Information the app uses
- Sign-in with Google or Apple. We receive your account email address and a stable account identifier. We use them to identify you to our service and to keep your backup in your own cloud account. We do not receive your password, contacts or other account data.
- Your wallet. The app creates your recovery phrase and private keys on your phone. They are stored in your phone's secure storage and are never sent to us. Your public TRON addresses and transactions are, by the nature of a blockchain, public.
- Your backup. The app saves an encrypted copy of your recovery phrase, the number of addresses you use and your unlock records to a private app folder in your own Google Drive (Android) or iCloud (iOS). The key that opens this backup is kept separately, in Google's Block Store or your iCloud Keychain, and synced only when your phone offers end-to-end encryption. We cannot read your backup.
- Device check (Android). When you sign in, the app asks Google Play Integrity to confirm that it is the genuine Eurion Wallet app on a genuine device. We receive Google's verdict, not information about your other apps.
- Network requests. To show balances and history and to send transfers, the app contacts TronGrid (TRON network data) and GasFree (which pays network fees in USD₮) through our relay service. The relay sees a random identifier for your installation, the TRON addresses being looked up and the requests being made, and keeps short-lived technical logs for security and abuse prevention.
The app does not use advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not collect your location or contacts.
2. Google user data
With your permission, the app uses the Google Drive app data folder (scope drive.appdata)
only to save and restore your encrypted wallet backup. It cannot see or change any other file in your Drive.
Eurion Wallet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or let people read it.
3. Why we use it
- To create, back up and restore your wallet.
- To let the app talk to the TRON network and GasFree without exposing our service keys.
- To protect the service from automated abuse (device checks and rate limits).
- To calculate and collect the unlock fee you approve, which is a transfer on the TRON network.
4. Who we share it with
- Google and Apple, for sign-in, your cloud backup, Block Store and Play Integrity.
- TronGrid and GasFree, which receive the network requests your wallet needs.
- Cloudflare, which hosts our relay service.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. How long we keep it
Relay sessions expire after 7 days. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security. Your backup stays in your cloud account until you delete it; you can remove it at any time from your Google Drive or iCloud settings.
6. Your choices
- Sign out at any time in the app's Settings. This removes the wallet from your phone; your backup stays in your cloud account.
- Revoke the app's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Write down your recovery phrase from Settings to restore your wallet without any cloud account.
- Contact us to ask about, correct or delete information we hold about you.
7. Security
Your keys never leave your phone unencrypted, the app is protected by your fingerprint or Face ID, and our relay keeps provider keys on the server. No system is perfectly secure; please keep your recovery phrase private.
8. Children
The app is not intended for people under 18.
9. Changes
We will update this page when the app's handling of information changes, and change the effective date above.
