Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Eurion Wallet ("the app"), provided by EurionPay DMCC, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What the app is
Eurion Wallet is a self-custodial wallet for USD₮ (TRC20) on the TRON network. You alone control your wallet through its recovery phrase and keys, which are created and stored on your phone. We never hold your funds and cannot move, freeze or recover them for you.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep your phone, its lock and your recovery phrase secure. Anyone with your recovery phrase can take your funds.
- Check addresses and amounts before you confirm. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.
- Send only USD₮ on TRON (TRC20) to your wallet addresses. Other tokens or networks sent there may be lost.
- Use the app lawfully and only with funds you are entitled to.
3. Locked deposits and fees
- Incoming deposits are shown as locked until you unlock them in the app.
- Unlocking a deposit sends an unlock fee (a percentage of that deposit, shown before you confirm) to EurionPay on the TRON network. Network fees are paid in USD₮ through GasFree and are also shown before you confirm.
- Deposits below the minimum shown in the app are not available to spend in the app.
- Fees may change in later versions of the app; the fee that applies is always the one shown before you confirm.
- Moves between your own addresses are not deposits and carry no unlock fee.
4. Third-party services
The app relies on the TRON network, TronGrid, GasFree, Google, Apple and Cloudflare. Their availability, fees and rules are outside our control. If a provider is unavailable, sending and unlocking may be paused; your funds stay on the blockchain.
5. Backups
The app can save an encrypted backup to your own Google Drive or iCloud. Restoring it on a new phone also needs the key kept in Google's Block Store or your iCloud Keychain. If those are unavailable, only your recovery phrase can restore your wallet. Please write it down.
6. No advice; risks
The app does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Digital assets carry risks, including software errors, network congestion, changes in law and the loss of your recovery phrase.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue the app or parts of it. Because the wallet is self-custodial, your funds remain accessible with your recovery phrase in other compatible tools even if the app is unavailable.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from lost recovery phrases, unauthorised access to your phone, transfers you confirm, third-party services or blockchain conditions, or for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre.
